Stud Service:

Hiland Doodles guarantees a live litter (2 or more puppies surviving first 24 hrs).  In the event of a non-pregnancy or nonviable litter, the stud service fee will be refunded minus a $200 fee for our time. 

Toby

We guarantee the health, availability and quality of our AKC registered Small Standard Poodle, Toby.  He has an outstanding temperament and intelligence, and has been genetically health tested through Embark.  He carries red, brown, tricolor and parti.  The results for his health and coat traits are here.  He has sired 4 litters as of 2025.

Stud fees vary depending on the dog to whom he is bred, and the projected price of the puppies. His stud fee is the price of one puppy; his minimal stud fee is $1,800.  Our stud services are offered as natural coupling or through artificial insemination (AI).

Kody

We guarantee the health, availability and quality of our mini berndoodle, Kody.  His temperment is very much like the Bernese Mountain Dog and has the intelligence of the poodle.  He's has been genetically health tested through Embark.  He carries merle and tricolor and throws the tuxedo pattern.  The results for his health and coat traits are here.  He has sired 2 litters as of 2025.

Stud fees vary depending on the dog to whom he is bred, and the projected price of the puppies. His stud fee is the price of one puppy; his minimal stud fee is $2,000.  Our stud services are offered as natural coupling or through artificial insemination (AI).

Whelping Service:

Do you have a dog you really want a pup from but do not have the time, space, or experience to give a litter the absolute best possible start that we all want for our puppies?  Then our Whelping Service may be right for you.  This service is provided per our availability and comfort level.  We may be unable or unwillingly to take on certain situations, but we would like to assist you if we can.  

 

The individuals partipating in the whelping service will receive the first two picks of the litter, or the first pick and the sale price of one pup, or the sale price of 2 pups. The breeders will accept the rest of the risks and rewards associated with caring for the litter.

The Whelping Service includes the following:

• Hiland Doodles can assist in the breeding of the dogs, or provide advice if needed.  Hiland Doodles stud service is NOT included.  It is not required to use a Hiland Doodles stud for the Whelping Service, but note that the pups will not be sold as a Hiland Doodle puppy if not using a Hiland Doodle stud.

• Hiland Doodles will host the dam a week before her due date and 6-7 weeks after birth.

• Hiland Doodles will provide all the training, stimulation, feeding, vet care and preparations that the pups will need in order to go to new families.

• The breeder will handle the vetting of potential families and matching them with pups.

• Hiland Doodles will handle transferring the pups to the new families and will take care of the health guarantees and monetary exchanges.

• Visitations from dam families are allowed, and daily updates are provided to both dam and stud families.​
